Dreams - The Forgotten Craft

By Carol Ann Lewis

Health & well-being | Paperback

Dreams have intrigued people for centuries. What we know today is that everyone's dreams are unique to themselves. The meaning of a dream for one person might have a totally different meaning for another. This book will show you how to record and interpret your own dreams so you build up your own personal dream dictionary.

Carol Ann Lewis was born in South Wales in 1969. She attended Mount Pleasant Primary School and then Llantarnam Comprehensive school where she had poetry lessons with Gillian Clarke. She later wrote history articles for a local newsletter that was published around the town. The articles became a regular feature even though the editor had originally said they might run for one or two issues at the most because Cwmbran had no history before it became a new town. In 2002 she won a poetry competition run by the Western Mail and the Samaritans. The judge was Patrick Jones who presented prizes at a night of poetry at Theatr Brycheiniog in Brecon. She is the current secretary of Cwmbran Writers Group and has contributed to their publications. She has studied history and heritage with the University of South Wales. She has four children and six grandchildren.
