I'm the author of three eBooks. I wrote 'You Can Improve Your Life and Become Happier: A Six-Week Action Plan for Busy People' because I wanted to show how easy it is to improve your life in just 10-15 minutes a day. If you make small changes on a consistent basis, they add up to big changes over time. So, if you'd like to improve your life but don't have much time to make changes, this is the book for you! I wrote the two books in the 'Spend Less, Enjoy Life More' series at a time when money was particularly tight. I found many ways to enjoy life without spending a lot of money. If you're strapped for cash or just want to save more of your hard-earned money, you'll find lots of advice on enjoying life on a budget!
