A mega corporation uses everyone's web-bound personal data to create a rating system that rates people much in the way Zagat rates restaurants. Once accepted the system becomes the sole measure of an individual's worth and causes a sea-change in society. Our hero watches helplessly as his Pragat (like Zagat) rating falls from a lofty 28 to a zero and he is labeled in Unpopular People Magazine as the "Most Unpopular Man In America"
