KJ Lavan lives in Houston, TX. He holds a B.A. from McNeese State University and an M.B.A. from Texas Southern University. After a successful career as a pharmaceutical executive, military officer, and professional athlete turned wellness expert—Certified Behavioral Change Specialist, National Academy of Sports Medicine [NASM] Certified Fitness Trainer, Certified Group Exercise Instructor—Lavan's life purpose is to inspire men, women and children to live their dreams, not their fears. He became spiritually awakened to the meaning of fulfillment & now shares a paradigm for living a life of abundance. Lavan tells his story: "It was mid-afternoon on a cold day in December 2012. I sat at my living room table thinking about my life—the many things I had accomplished, experienced, and learned along the way. It was this self-awareness that hit me.
